View Users

Select View Users from the User menu to view all WebCapture users within your organization. 

Note: This function is not available to Limited Users

 

 

 

 

From this window, you can add a user, reset a user’s password or inactivate a user.  Select the radio button next to the specific user and press the appropriate button at the bottom of the window.

 

Active/Inactive Status

Each User has a status of active or inactive.  In the figure above, notice the User Status column to the far right.  If the status is Active, you can change it to Inactive.  If the status is Inactive, you can change it to Active.  Select the radio button next to the user and select the Active/Inactive button.
