View Duplicates

Once you select Capture Complete, you can view the items in the deposit that the system has marked as duplicate items. If duplicates are present for the selected item, the Show Duplicates button displays on the window. Select this button or press Ctrl-D to view all the existing duplicates.

If you determine that the selected item is a duplicate, you can delete it by pressing the Delete Item button. If you determine that the item is not a duplicate, press the Accept Duplicates button to accept the item. Use the up and down arrow buttons in the lower, right corner of the window to move from one duplicate to the next, if applicable.
