The
Approver can access the deposit and see that the Item Amount Threshold has been
exceeded by the particular user. The
Approver can then select Accept Item Amount to clear the item as an
Exception.Item Threshold
An Item Threshold can be assigned to a Limited User during the initial setup of the user. See Add Users for more information on assigning Item Threshold.
Item Threshold is enforced for the user who currently has the deposit open.
If the user exceeds the Item Threshold, a warning will display in red at the top of the window and the item becomes an Exception (refer to the image below). Another user may continue working with this deposit if they have access to Site Level Deposits and if their Item Threshold exceeds that of current amount.
