View/Modifiy Customer
Select View/Modify Customer from the Customer menu to view and edit the information for your organization.
Note: Limited Users do not have access to this function. Disabled fields are only editable by a system administrator.

Description |
Contact First Name |
Enter the first name of the person acting as the main contact for this customer. |
Contact Last Name |
Enter the last name of the person acting as the main contact for this customer. |
Address Line 1 and Line 2 |
Enter the customer’s physical address. You are provided with two lines for the address. |
City |
Enter the name of the city in which the customer is located. |
State |
Enter the state where the customer is located. |
Zip |
Enter the zip code in which the customer is located. |
Phone |
Enter the 10 digit phone number for the customer. |
Fax |
Enter the 10 digit fax number for the customer. |
Email Address |
Enter the contact’s email address. |
Description |
Enter a brief description of the customer. This field allows a maximum of 256 characters. To enter another line, press Enter. |
Date Format |
Select a format for the date from the drop-down list. |
Time Format |
Select a format for the time from the drop-down list. |
Batch Ticket RT |
This field is used to define the batch routing transit number that will be used when items for this customer are extracted. Currently the extraction is to a CIF file. |
Customer AUID |
Enter the customer’s branch ID. |
When you have completed the appropriate fields, press the Update button to save the changes to the customer or press the Cancel button to cancel this process.
